Toombs Inc.’s Privacy Policy sets out the principles and guidelines that Toombs Inc. has adopted for the management of personal information of its customers, clients and employees. The policy is based on the principles of Canadian Standards Association Model Code for the Protection of Personal Information (the “Privacy Principles”).

Additionally, when you access our learning portal (www.jobvertex.com), we collect certain information from you, including your name and email address, and your activities (for example accessing work search tools and attending workshops). We refer to this data as “Portal Information”. We collect portal information for the purpose of accounting for delivery of services for which we have been retained.
 
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Portal Information.
 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
