Kathleen is a professionally trained coach and counselling therapist with a keen interest in supporting high potential women who are seeking greater levels of satisfaction in their personal and professional lives.

Her background is in strategic leadership, operations management, and program development. As a senior executive with the YMCA she developed unique partnerships with schools, community, government, and foundations to provide programs and services for thousands of youth and adults. Her work was recognized locally, nationally and internationally.

Kathleen has been a faculty member of Concordia University’s Career Development Program since 2004. She co-authored a chapter in the first Canadian textbook for colleges and universities published in January, 2014 by the Canadian Education and Research Institute for Counselling, Career Development Practice in Canada: Perspectives, Principles and Professionalism.
