Day of Notification

Our consultants meet you in-person, on-site prior to the notification meeting to set the agenda and confirm the strategy for the day. Employees are treated with the utmost respect and dignity for a respectful exit.

After Notification

Our emphasis is on helping our clients move past the initial reactions to job loss and complete a thorough self-assessment before entering the career search process. We help them develop realistic and achievable work search strategies arising from their analysis and reflection.

Initial Career Transition Meeting

Every initial Career Transition meeting is a one-to-one, face-to-face (or via telephone if necessary) meeting between the client and their consultant. Once the client’s target is clear, a plan is established to move the client successfully toward their goal. At the end of the meeting, the client fully understands what needs to be accomplished prior to the next scheduled meeting.
