Maureen has over 20 years experience as a Senior Manager and Human Resources Professional in the financial services industry. She has provided leadership, guidance and coaching to individuals and organizations navigating through rapid change and restructuring.
Her strong business management background includes expertise in career management, recruitment and selection, performance management, and succession planning.
Prior to joining Toombs Inc. Maureen was certified as a coach and facilitator for internal career and performance management programs. She has developed and managed employee engagement and resource planning programs, and facilitated and led performance and change management workshops.
Maureen has a passion for motivating and inspiring individuals and has successfully contributed to their personal and professional development.
Maureen has a Business Diploma from NAIT and is trained in career assessment programs including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Pathfinder Career System. She is currently completing a Human Resources degree.
