Diane has 20 years’ experience working with people and organizations in career transitions, entrepreneurial development, facilitation, training, and coaching. She has worked extensively with senior leaders, business start-up ventures and worked internationally in Kuwait and New Zealand.
She has coached thousands of people through career transitions. Diane thrives on challenging and motivating clients to be the best they can be during their transition. Her coaching enables people to change their mindsets, broaden their perspectives, and create new visions for themselves.
She has taught Human Behavior in Organizations at the University of Calgary and was profiled in BC Business magazine for her work in business development for the arts.
Diane has a Master’s degree in Applied Behavioural Science from the Leadership Institute of Seattle, and degrees in Education from Queen’s University in Kingston and Physical Education from University of Alberta.
