How we support you

“This was the first time I had ever worked with a transition agency, so I approached it with some trepidation. However, my apprehensions were quickly dispelled. Toombs was there the day I was laid off, which was a very traumatic day for me. I had never been laid off before. I was very angry and upset, and Toombs immediately helped ease those feelings. Their kindness, patience, and guidance were of great help to me that day, and set the foundation for what developed into a very productive relationship.”

“Martha played a critical role in helping me discover myself and define my path forward. She may be the best active listener I have ever encountered. Her patience, encouragement, guidance, listening, and ability to help me uncover my new career direction were invaluable to me, and I cannot thank her enough.”

“My engagement with Toombs was extremely valuable and very helpful. The “It’s Your Move” book is a tool I expect I will use throughout my working life. I have already passed it on to others (including my son)! The courses offered were without exception of great value; well researched and well delivered.”
