Karen brings competence, enthusiasm and a positive attitude to our team as Director, Administrative Operations. With almost 20 years’ experience in senior-level administrative management, she has a solid understanding of business operations and project management.  Karen is responsible for leading the development and implementation of operational efficiencies between the Company’s Canadian offices, as well as our national and international partners.

At the corporate level, Karen is responsible for maintaining client and customer information, co-ordination of company events and marketing, and managing the accounts payable and receivables.  She also holds responsibility for technology operations, including IT, CRM, eLearning and client portals.  Within the Calgary location, she oversees the day-to-day office and administrative details, including leading the Calgary Administrative team.

Karen holds a Business Administration (Management) diploma from SAIT.
